With the recent instances of Fowl Pox, there has been a lot of interest in getting small flocks
vaccinated.  To help me in efficiently organizing a Chicken Health Day, please give me your
feedback on vaccination preferences.  It would also be helpful if you indicate whether you birds
have had any of the following diseases:        Fowl Pox
                                                                            Infectious bronchitis
                                                                            Newcastle Disease
                                                                            Corzya
                                                                            Avian encephalomyelitis (AE)
