| Sales Policy Sex is not guaranteed on any bird under 12 weeks of age. Should we error on the sex of a bird over 12 weeks of age, upon receipt of the rooster or hen, we will give you a replacement of like breed and age at purchase. Seller does not warrant poultry to be free from any disease which could not be ascertained at the time of sale. Liability is limited in all cases to replacement of damaged fowl. Replacement good for 1 time only. Under no circumstances shall our liability, on claims of any kind, exceed the total price paid for poultry. We strongly recommend not mixing new birds with established flock for a minimum of 2 weeks, as is our policy with new fowl. |
